PURPOSE: An electronic registry system for managing document issuance using biometric information is provided to keep a document issuance registry as electronic data, and prevent/certify the forgery/alteration of contents of an electronic document issuance registry. CONSTITUTION: A terminal(170) inputs/outputs/processes the document issuance related information. A biometric information input device(180) receives the biometric information, such as a signature or a fingerprint, as an electric signal. A database(190) of a main server stores the contents of the document issuance particulars data. The terminal electronically intercepts the forgery/alteration of the document issuance registry by a forgery/alteration preventing process linking the document issuance information with the biometric information, and performs a certification process discriminating the forgery/alteration of the document issuance related data. |
