PURPOSE: Provided is a sludge digestion system being capable of digesting sludge generated from sewage and wastewater treatment works and consisted of a plurality of components with high efficiency and low energy cost by synergy effect of an aerobic digestion and an anaerobic digestion processes. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a first digestion tank (10) with an impeller (30) for mixing and digesting sludge transferred from a sludge tank (100), thereby generating a gas, a heating unit (20) for circulating heated air to the inside of the first digestion tank (10) for increasing digestion efficiency, a second digestion tank (40) for further digesting the sludge, supplying the gas generated from the first digestion tank (10) to a recycling burner and storing excess gas therein, and a dehydrator (41) for dehydrating the digested sludge. |
