摘要 PURPOSE: An LCD device is provided to optimize volume of column-shaped spacers necessary for injecting a liquid crystal with a dropping method, thereby preventing substrate damage caused when the spacers are excessively compressed, even when a substrate droops. CONSTITUTION: The first substrate(100) includes pixel electrodes formed on the first transparent substrate and a gradation voltage supplying unit for supplying gradation voltages corresponding to image signals to the pixel electrodes. The second substrate(200) includes a common electrode for supplying a reference voltage in order to generate an electric field difference by corresponding to the gradation voltages. A liquid crystal sealing wall(300) is formed in band type between the first substrate(100) and the second substrate(200). A dropping liquid crystal(400) is formed by the liquid crystal sealing wall(300). Column spacers(500) are disposed inside of the liquid crystal sealing wall(300), and are compressed by corresponding to gap changes between the first substrate(100) and the second substrate(200).
