PURPOSE: A method for producing seasoned meat using far infrared rays is provided, thereby accomplishing emission of far-infrared rays to seasoned meat while manufacturing and distributing it, consequently to improve its taste and flavor as well as distribution. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing seasoned meat using far infrared rays comprises the steps of: cutting meat and thawing it in a far infrared rays-emitting vessel; slicing the thawed meat on a far infrared rays-emitting kitchen board; seasoning the sliced meat with a seasoning sauce treated with far infrared rays; aging the seasoned meat in a far infrared rays-emitting vessel by an indirect cooling method; packaging the aged meat with wrapping paper coated with a far infrared rays-emitting material; and laminating a far infrared rays-emitting pad between wrapping paper and then distributing the packed meat. |
