PURPOSE: A locating compensating device of a checking pipe surveying instrument is provided to survey exactly while a checking pipe is rolling, to shorten the working hours for surveying and to use a surveying instrument easily. CONSTITUTION: The location compensating device of a checking pipe surveying instrument comprises the steps of an outer supporting housing(30) fixing a surveying instrument(20), a fixing bar(40) connecting the outer supporting housings(30), a primary connecting bar(50) connected to the fixing bar(40), and a secondary connecting bar(60) installed to the inside of a checking bar.
