PURPOSE: A rainwater stopping device for a hatch of an underground structure is provided to protect equipment of an underground structure by blocking the inflow of rainwater to an underground structure. CONSTITUTION: The rainwater stopping device for a hatch of an underground structure comprises: a hatch(20) opening an entrance of an underground structure(10); and an umbrella box(30) installed on the base of the hatch(20) and provided with guide holes(32) formed longitudinally and placer holes(33) formed on both ends continued to the guide hole(32).
