PURPOSE: Provided is multifunctional flooring Korean papers lacquered with bean oil to intercept cement toxicity and thus, to give environment-friendly influences on residents of a house, thereby preventing atopic disease and dermatitis. CONSTITUTION: The multifunctional flooring Korean papers lacquered with bean oil are manufactured by adding a bactericide or antibiotic like polyhexamethylene guanidine phosphate; adhering the bactericide-containing paper to bonding sheets(1a,1b); and applying a mixture of more than two environment-friendly substances, such as yellow earth, charcoal green tea, and Angelica gigas Nakai powder and an adhesive between the bonding sheets. The adhesive consists of flour and 10-20 wt% of the bactericide or antibiotic like polyhexamethylene guanidine phosphate.
