The preparation of a cocoa leaf extract drink comprises dissolving of the extract in water, ratio (1:8)-(1:12), for settling and separation of the supernatant phase. Also claimed is the product of the process. The product has the supernatant phase added to an aqueous solution of sweetener, for mixing with citric acid and with lemon essence diluted with potable alcohol. The drink is diluted with water prior to consumption. |
