<p>A traveling lawn mower, wherein a rotary mower (12) having a pair of mowing blades (16a) and (16b) is installed in a traveling frame (1) between both front wheels (2) and both rear wheels (3), and a discharge duct (26) for discharging mowed lawn mowed by both mowing blades is disposed so as to extend from between both mowing blades rearward through between both rear wheels, an input shaft (22) is installed in the rotary mower (12), facing forward, at a portion shifted by an appropriate dimension (L1) from the center of both mowing blades to one mowing blade (16b), and the power of an engine (4) mounted at the front part of the traveling frame (1) is transmitted to the input shaft through a power transmission shaft (23) for rotary mower having universal couplings (23a) and (23b) at both ends, whereby the transmission of the power from the engine to the rotary mower can be facilitated, and the mowed lawn can be smoothly discharged through the discharge duct (26).</p> |
