PURPOSE: A device for preventing a fall of a gondola is provided to prevent the fall of the gondola by fixing an auxiliary wire if the gondola is inclined. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing a fall of a gondola comprises a frame(13) attached to the side of the gondola; a holder(3) disposed inside the frame; a spring(8) covering the holder; a clamp(4) combined to the lower side of the spring, to vertically move while covering the holder; an inclination-sensing part(1) the upper part of which is rotatably combined to the frame or a support member inwardly projected from the frame; and a switch(2) one side of which is connected with the inclination-sensing part. An auxiliary wire(10) vertically passes through the frame. The auxiliary wire passes through the inside of the holder. The holder forms a taper at the lower part and the holder is divided into several parts. The other side of the switch is combined with a latch of the clamp and the switch prevents falling of the clamp.
