Mounting rail for mounting of a computer drive assembly (2) in a drive cage of a computer case. The rail (1) comprises a plastic element (7) and a metallic element (6), whereby the metallic element at least partially encloses the plastic element. The metallic element has sprung elements (5) to hold the rails within guide elements of the drive cage, while the plastic element has sprung projections (10) to generate a sideways tolerance.
