PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a health supplementary food using deep sea water, organic germanium and an extract of Oldenlandiae Herba, Imperata cylindrica Beauv., Coicis Semen, black sugar, Salviae Radix, Poria cocos, Curcumae Tuber, Amomi Semen, Liriopis Tuber, Trichosanthis Radix, Nelumbo nucifera Gaertner or the like is provided. The manufactured food product has anticancer effect. CONSTITUTION: To make a health supplementary food, 60 to 74.5% by weight of purified deep sea water is mixed with 25 to 39.5% by weight of a herbal extract and 0.5 to 15% by weight of organic germanium(Ge-132). The herbal extract is obtained from Polygoni multiflori Radix, Aurantii Fructus, Ponciri Fructus, Zingiberis Rhizoma, Curcumae Tuber, Poria cocos, Lophatheri Herba, silkworm powder, Gastrodiae Rhizoma and Acori Graminei Rhizoma and the like.
