PURPOSE: A lumbar support device for a vehicle is provided to make seats comfortable in traveling for a long time by securing the tailbone supporting feeling of the lower end part of a lumbar plate and to softly act the supporting feeling of the lumbar support device by the interlocking actions of a Z-tension spring and the lumbar plate. CONSTITUTION: A lumbar support device for a vehicle includes a lumbar plate(13) of which the upper end is moved downward by an operating device installed to a main frame(110) of a seat along a lumbar plate support wire(11) and bent forward. The upper end of the lumbar plate support wire is rotatively fixed by a fixing clip(12) and the lower end is elastically supported by an elastic device welded and fixed between the lower end of the main frame and the lumbar plate support wire.
