摘要 PURPOSE: A device and a method for reducing smoke caused by loadless sudden acceleration of compression ignition engine are provided to increase the idle speed(rpm) of an engine while reducing the fuel injection amount in the loadless state, thereby reducing the discharge of smoke when starting a car. CONSTITUTION: A device for reducing smoke caused by loadless sudden acceleration of compression ignition engine includes an engine rpm sensor(1), a vehicle speed sensor(2), a control part(3), an idle speed acceleration element(4), and a boost pressure blocking solenoid valve(5). The control part determines the sudden acceleration of idle speed according to an engine rpm sensed by the engine rpm sensor and the vehicle speed sensed by the vehicle speed sensor to generate a control signal. The idle speed acceleration element increases the idle speed(rpm) by the control signal output from the control part in the case of the sudden acceleration of the idle speed. The solenoid valve blocks a boost pressure transmitted to a boost compensator(6) according to the control signal output from the control part in the case of the sudden acceleration of the idle speed.
