PURPOSE: A method for selling goods to a member is provided to make the member buy the goods at a normal price and make a provider increase profits through sales promotion by offering a prize opportunity to the member and delivering the goods to the member if the last buying price is paid. CONSTITUTION: The member connects to a web server through the Internet by using various terminals. If a purchase request is occurred from the member logged in by using an ID and a password, a goods introduction web page stored in a database server is transmitted to the member. The member informs the price of the first purchase accumulation for the selected goods. The first purchase accumulation is settled based on a purchase intention of the member. A certification server certifies the first purchase accumulation. As the web server detects the purchase intention transmitted from the member, a drawing program in the web server decides a prize. The prized member receives the goods regardless of an accumulation number. The members except the prized member receive the goods after paying all accumulations.
