PURPOSE: A system for returning/paying tax through the wire/wireless and a controlling method thereof are provided to commit a tax return at a low expense, consult about tax reduction and tax affairs in real-time, and offer taxation data fit to each business category. CONSTITUTION: A client computer(10) is equipped with a taxation program to input an object immediately if the object to be inputted is occurred. A VAN(Value Added Network) company(70) applies the generated data through a communication network if a card purchase/sale is occurred at the client. A server(20) classifies the data fit to the client by receiving the data inputted from the program operated in the computer and the data applied from the VAN company, and stores the data in a database. A licensed tax accountant group PC(30) judges an error of the tax return by receiving the data stored in the database through the Internet network and applies the data to the server.
