PURPOSE: An umbrella cloth with a pocket and manufacturing method for the same is provided to simplify work process and thus to improve productivity and work efficiency, and to introduce a new design for the umbrella without a band. CONSTITUTION: The umbrella cloth is manufactured by printing desired patterns and designs on the outside surface of the umbrella cloth and printing lines for dividing `V-shaped' piece(4) into a space(16) and fusing pieces(12,14); cutting the umbrella cloth by a high-frequency cutter in a manner that many V-shaped pieces(4) are radially formed; fusing the V-shaped pieces(4) through a hot stacking machine and fusing the fusing pieces(12,14) together to form pocket-shaped spaces(16); and inserting umbrella ribs to the pocket-shaped spaces(16), respectively.
