BIO SENSOR INCLUDING MESOPOROUS PLATINUM AND METHOD FOR MEASURING DENSITY OF GLUCOSE BY USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A bio sensor and a method for measuring density of glucose by using the same are provided to precisely measure density of glucose by using mesoporous platinum as an electrode. CONSTITUTION: A bio sensor includes an electrode and a mesoporous platinum layer formed on the electrode. The electrode is made from an inert metal. The mesoporous platinum layer has plural pores aligned in a hexagonal alignment pattern with a size of about 1.5 to 3nm. The mesoporous platinum layer is coated on the electrode with a thickness of about 60 to 600nm. Voltage is applied to the bio sensor. Then, current intensity applied to the bio sensor is analyzed. The voltage applied to the bio sensor is in a range about -0.1 to 0.5V.
