PURPOSE: Provided is a method for treating livestock wastewater, which can treat a large amount of livestock wastewater in a day at low cost, and recycle the treated wastewater as liquid fertilizer and antiseptic solution. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (a) collecting livestock wastewater, (b) treating livestock wastewater with microorganism and separating solids generated by such treatment, thereby obtaining liquid wastewater, (c) decomposing organic material in the liquid wastewater by oxidation and collision of gas with high velocity, (d) mixing the treated liquid wastewater to regulate its components and promote oxidation and aerobic microorganism digestion, (e) feeding coagulant to the treated liquid wastewater to remove no settled colloidal substances and color, (f) separating sludge generated from the step (e), (g) separating fine deleterious particles by sedimentation, (h) using the decant water of the step (g) as liquid fertilizer, and (i) using the decant water as antiseptic solution after exposing the decant water to heavy oxygen.
