PURPOSE:To provide a water-based detergent which is comparable to a chlorinated solvent in degreasing and penetrating power, does not require rinsing in water, and enables precision cleaning. CONSTITUTION:The detergent comprises 1-20wt.% alkanolamine, 0.1-10wt.% nonionic surfactant, 0.1-10wt.% glycol ether, 1-10wt.% 6-12C aliphatic carboxylic acid, and water. |
