A cyclic diamine compound of formula (1):
<Chemistry id="chema01" num="0001"><Image id="ia01" he="40" wi="155" file="IMGA0001.TIF" imgContent="chem" imgFormat="TIFF" /></Chemistry> wherein A is a single bond or C≡C; X and Y are individually CH or a nitrogen atom; m is 1 or 2; and n is a number of 1 to 5; an acid-addition salt thereof, or a hydrate thereof. The compound has excellent inhibitory effects on both cell adhesion and cell infiltration and is useful as a medicine for prevention or treatment of diseases such as allergy, asthma, rheumatism, arteriosclerosis and inflammation.
