PURPOSE: A color filter substrate of a transflective liquid crystal display and a liquid crystal panel having the color filter substrate are provided to obtain the same color reproducibility in reflection and transmission regions. CONSTITUTION: A color filter substrate of a transflective liquid crystal display includes a substrate, the first and second color patterns(122,124). The first color pattern is formed in a specific region that defines a unit pixel region on the substrate and expresses a color in response to natural light. The second color pattern is formed in a region other than the specific region and expresses a color in response to natural light. The specific region is a reflection region and the other region is a transmission region. The color filter substrate further includes a black matrix layer(110) formed on the substrate. The black matrix layer defines the specific region. |
