The invention refers to biotechnology, namely to a process for obtaining bioactive lipidic and liposoluble substances, which may be used in enology, in the food, cosmetic industry and in medicine. The process, according to the invention, includes addition to the vegetal raw material of the grape stone oil in the ratio of 1:2, extraction of the bioactive lipidic and liposoluble substances with the mixture of chloroform - ethyl alcohol - water, the components being taken in the ratio of 2,5:12,5:1, separation of the alcohol and water and evaporation of the chloroform.The result consists in increasing the efficiency of extraction of the bioactive lipidic and liposoluble substances and of the storage life thereof.Claims: 1 |
