The system has a relay router existing on paths for delivery of data from a correspondent terminal (11) to a mobile terminal (51) via each of a set of access routers used in a multi-path handover state by the mobile terminal. The relay router multicasts the data and a server apparatus dynamically switches one relay router to multicast the data to another router relative to the movement of the mobile or correspondent terminals. An independent claim is also included for a data transmission method in a mobile communication system.
