PURPOSE: A cooling fan device with an angle control unit for blades is provided to minimize the blocking of air introduction by blades of a cooling fan of which operation is stopped, and minimize the air frictional noise. CONSTITUTION: A cooling fan device with an angle control unit for blades includes a blade angle control unit(40) for automatically changing air introduction direction of respective blades(36) from a traverse direction proper for forcible wind blowing to a horizontal direction proper for natural ventilation under the control of a control part(20), thereby making the air introduction smooth when the driving of the cooling fan is stopped during the high speed running of a vehicle. In the blade angle control unit, the respective blades are supported by blade angle control shafts(37a) and blade center shafts(37b), so that the angle of the blades is controlled according to the to and fro movement of a main body(42) of the blade angle control unit. The blade angle control shafts move in the peripheral direction at a shaft supporting part(45), and the blade center shafts are rotatably inserted into the main body.
