System, method and computer program for ensuring secure use of music playing data files

The system has an encrypting device that encrypts extracted music playing data file from a music work resource using an encryption key. A decrypting device (14) decrypts the encrypted music playing data file from the storing device using a decryption key which corresponds to the encryption key. An automatic music playing device plays music of the given music work resource based on the decrypted music playing data file. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for ensuring secure use of a music playing data (2) a computer program for ensuring secure use of a music playing data file.
