Levelling system for a vehicle

The ride level control for a motor vehicle has a control (14) connected to a secondary control (50) via a communication line (52). The secondary control has a switch (46) for release of an additional function for the level control. The secondary control feeds a signal sequence to the main control if the switch moves from one position to another.
