The device has an outer unit (41) formed with double row outer races on the outer units inner periphery. An inner unit (29) is formed with double-row inner races on the inner units outer periphery. The inner unit has a wheel hub (10) with a flange for attaching a wheel and fitting unit. A stress alleviating unit mitigates stress concentrated at an interface part between a plastically deformed portion and an adjacent part. The fitting unit is fitted to one of an inner periphery or outer periphery of wheel hub, and located inside the plastically deformed portion that is adjoined by the adjacent part. Double-row rolling units are interposed between outer and inner races. |
