<p>The plate (1) has a point symmetric shape main body portion (3) around a point in which two diagonal lines connecting pair of acute angle body portions and obtuse angle portions, respectively opposite to each other, and crossing each other. A screw insertion hole (9) is provided, either, on or near the former diagonal line or the latter diagonal line. A spike (7) is provided on each of the diagonal lines.</p>
