ACTIVITY : Anorectic; Cytostatic. No biological data is given. MECHANISM OF ACTION : Modifying the binding of the opioid-somatostatin-like receptor GPR7 to its ligands; (I) and N-terminal brominated derivatives have an agonist effect on GPR7 expression.</p>
