Ink container, recording head and recording device using same

The container has ink supply ports (14) provided in a bottom side of a casing for respective ink accommodating portions. The container is detachably mounted to a holder (31) to a holder provided with a recording head portion for ejecting ink in the portion. The ports are deviated towards one of long edges of the bottom side. A set of dimple portions formed in respective ports are cut away and open adjacent one of edges. An independent claim is also included for an ink jet recording apparatus.
