PURPOSE: Provided is a sanitary absorbent article, which is capable of absorbing and distributing a body fluid emitted from a human body for storing the fluid safely without counter-flow of the stored body fluid. CONSTITUTION: The sanitary absorbent article comprises a distribution layer between a non-woven top sheet(2a) and a bottom tissue(2e), wherein a plurality of fluff pulps(2b) arranged in the transverse direction(z direction) of the absorbent or in an inclined direction(y direction) and a plurality of thermally activated fibers(2c) arranged in the longitudinal direction(x direction) of the absorbent are dispersed in the distribution layer. Further, the sanitary absorbent article comprises a surface layer, a distribution layer, an absorption layer and a backside layer.
