The insertable gasket (13) made of a cylindrical heat-resistant metal, includes a main body (13a) formed into a configuration having raised and recessed portions that are formed continuously and alternately when the gasket is viewed longitudinally and cross-sectionally. A protrusion (13b) and a flange (13c) are respectively formed to both ends of the main body. An independent claim is also included for an inserting structure.
