摘要 PURPOSE: A method for determining a gas distribution in a unit surface is provided to precisely determine the gas distribution in a furnace by using a cross sonde temperature of the furnace. CONSTITUTION: A gas distribution in a furnace is determined by dividing gas flow into a central flow(9), an intermediate flow and a peripheral flow(11). A surface area of the furnace is divided into unit surfaces including a center surface, an intermediate surface, and a peripheral surface. A temperature measurement ratio of the center surface, the intermediate surface, and the peripheral surface is obtained by using thermometers of a cross sonde(105) positioned in each of the center surface, the intermediate surface, and the peripheral surface. Then, a mean temperature of the thermometers is obtained. A temperature ratio of the center surface, the intermediate surface, and the peripheral surface is obtained by using the mean temperature and the temperature measurement ratio of the center surface, the intermediate surface, and the peripheral surface .
