COLORED RUBBER HAVING PATTERN AND METHOD FOR FORMING PATTERN THEREOF

PURPOSE: A colored rubber having a desired pattern is provided to represent the pattern clearly and three-dimensionally with various colors and to satisfy the floor- cushioning function and aesthetic function simultaneously in various applications. CONSTITUTION: The colored rubber having a pattern comprises a colored rubber(1) sheet spreaded into a desired thickness, a recycled rubber(2) sheet attached to the surface opposite to the spreaded surface, and an adhesive between the colored rubber sheet and the recycled rubber sheet. The method for forming a pattern of a colored rubber comprises the steps of: adding a color pigment, a stabilizer, a reinforcing agent and an accelerator to a rubber material; mixing the materials and forming the mixture into a sheet; vulcanizing the synthetic rubber sheet and pulverizing into a desired particle size for each color; mixing the particles with the rubber material and forming into a sheet; and spreading the colored rubber sheet into a desired thickness.
