FELDSPATHIC FILTERING MATERIAL FOR PURIFYING UNDERGROUND WATER AND FILTERING DEVICE USING THE FELDSPATHIC FILTERING MATERIAL

PURPOSE: A feldspathic filtering material for purifying underground water is provided to remove suspended solids, dissolved heavy metals or organic contaminants contained in raw water used in various underground water or water purifying plants and improve quality of water, and a filtering device using the feldspathic filtering material is provided. CONSTITUTION: The filtering device using feldspathic filtering material for purifying underground water comprises a filtering chamber(100) to which a backwash water supply pipe(150) branched off from a filtered water discharge pipe(200) is connected, to which raw water supply pipe(170) and backwash water discharge pipe(250) are respectively connected, and in which first filtering layer formed of feldspathic gravel having grain diameter of 0.45 to 30 mm and second filtering layer formed by mixing 80 wt.% of feldspathic sand having grain diameter of 0.45 to 0.7 mm with 20 wt.% of zeolitic sand are sequentially laid up; a pump(300) connected to drain(R2) or underground well(R1) for supplying raw water and connected to the backwash water supply pipe and the raw water supply pipe respectively; and a storage tank(400) for storing filtered water discharged after passing through the filtering chamber.
