A massage device for creating a massaging action using at least one oscillating device. The massage device may be formed from a handle and a head pivotably coupled to the handle. The head may include a first chamber for containing the oscillating device and a second chamber for containing an impeller for driving the oscillating device . The oscillating device may be fluid driven. The massaging device may also include one or mor e controls in the handle for controlling the action of the massage device.
