APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PREVENTING FORGERY AND ALTERATION OF COMMUNICATION DATA IN CTI SYSTEM

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for preventing forgery and alteration of communication data in a CTI(Computer Telephony Integration) system are provided to prevent the forgery and the alteration by identifying states of telephonic communication data in a process for storing the telephonic communication data. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for preventing forgery and alteration of communication data in a CTI system includes a plurality of indoor telephones, a DTI server, a storage unit, and an anti-forgery/alteration unit. The CTI server is connected to the telephones by using a plurality of telephone lines in order to control connecting operations between the indoor telephones and outdoor telephones. The storage unit stores telephonic communication data. The anti-forgery/alteration unit prevents the forgery and the alteration of the stored telephonic communication data. The anti-forgery/alteration unit is installed between the predetermined telephone line and the indoor telephones in order to insert the anti-forgery/alteration information into the telephonic communication data.
