<p>The invention relates to an interlocking member for packaging panels for packaging multi-packs of articles in wrap-around type cartons. The interlocking members comprises a locking tab (20) extending from an outer edge of a first panel and a locking slit (30) cut up in the second panel for receiving the locking tab (20), said tab having a nose (22) and a base (24) presenting a transverse edge which is segmented into an outer vane (26) and at least one inner vane (28) separated by a segmenting line (27), the locking tab (20) having the width (Wt) greater than the width (Ws) of the locking slit (30) so that at least one of the outer or inner vanes (26 and 28) promote a non-coplanar alignment with respect to one another, when the locking tab (20) protrudes the locking slit (30), and the width (Wt) of the locking tab (20), decreases, after said base passes through said locking slit (30) the locking tab coming back to the initial width (Wt).</p> |
