FIELD: measuring engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has two channels. One channel consists of current generator, measuring transducer, and scaling amplifier connected in series. The other channel consists of unit for processing signals, indication unit, unit for recognizing the weld, and unit for analyzing the lap connected in series. The outputs of the both scaling amplifiers are connected with the corresponding inputs of the unit for recognizing the weld, unit for analyzing the lap, and the unit for signal processing. The input of the unit for recognizing the weld is connected to the corresponding input of the unit for the signal processing. The measuring transducers are arranged along the line parallel to the pipe axes and the distance between them is equal to half of the width of the covering belt. ^ EFFECT: enhanced reliability of monitoring. ^ 1 cl, 2 dwg |
