摘要 FIELD: chemical industry; high-temperature treatment of materials such as ore concentrates and concentrated sulfuric acid. SUBSTANCE: blades of worm feeder in reaction zone and unloading zone satisfy the following relationship: , where lambda and lambda° are hat conductivity coefficients of material of blade and charge; S1 and S2 are areas of lateral surface of blades and contact of blade with shaft; blades are mounted on shaft in such position that ratio of longitudinal distance between two adjacent blades to maximum thickness is no less than 8. Length of axial passage of shaft does not exceed total length of reaction zone and unloading zone. Reactor is provided with cooling agent supply unit including proportioner and pipe laid inside axial passage on side of unloading zone at spaced relation to side wall of passage. Located between reactor housing and hat insulation is sectionalized heater; clearance relative to lateral wall of passage is used for escape of cooling agent.
