PURPOSE: A lifting device of a door glass is provided to reduce noise and to smoothly operate the door glass by connecting a pushrod in a main arm. CONSTITUTION: A door glass(1a) is installed in a glass support channel(10). A guide channel(11) is located under the glass support channel. A sub arm(12) is connected with the glass support channel and the guide channel to be slid. A main arm(13) is crossed with the sub arm by connecting with the glass support channel. The main arm is connected with the sub arm in the crossed portion through a hinge pin(14). A long slot(13a) is formed in the end of the main arm. A pushrod(15) is installed in the long slot to be slid. A rack gear(15a) is formed in the pushrod. A driving motor(16) is geared with the rack gear and offers power. Thereby, noise is reduced and the operating feeling of the door glass is improved.
