FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying manual or apparatus-mediated femoral arteries constriction with pressure under inguinal ligament by administering 4 sessions per day. Each session is composed of 6 procedures of 1 min long exposure time during the first 4-6 days. 6 procedures of 3 min long exposure time are administered during the next 6-8 days. A session is composed of 4 procedures of 5 min long exposure time and 1-2 min long pause between the procedures.
