FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming bed, introducing implant thread coils of which are subjected to elastic deformation under chewing load influence with compression and extension zones being produced in bone tissue. The method is applied in particular cases of direct implantation. The implant has triangular cross-section profile thread in one more particular case with 30-55 deg large angle and 0.3 to 0.2 large pitch.
