FIELD: manufacture of building materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: water-based raw mix contains, wt %: urea-formaldehyde resin 31-34, modifier (synthetic butadiene-styrene or butadiene latex) 3-5, surfactant 0.5-0.6, urea 3-4, aluminum sulfate 5-6, bi- or trivalent metal hydroxide 0.3-0.5, orthophosphoric acid 4-5, and additionally inorganic filler 0-10. Preparation procedure comprises mixing components, molding mix, and solidification in presence hardener constituting catalyst system, which is prepared from following ingredients, wt %: urea 6-8, aluminum sulfate 10-12, bi- or trivalent metal hydroxide 0.6-1.0, orthophosphoric acid 8-10, and water - the balance. Hardener is mixed for 9-10 sec with other components in high-speed mixer with rotation speed 700-1200 rpm. Molding is carried out for a period of time 2-3 h, after which material is unloaded from mold and dried on shelves at 182 during 1-2 days. Material can be used in construction of industrial and civil buildings as well as in heat engineering structures and assemblies. ^ EFFECT: improved heat-insulation properties, suppressed formaldehyde emissions, and reduced power consumption. ^ 2 cl, 1 tbl, 4 ex |
