FIELD: polymers, gluing materials. SUBSTANCE: butadiene polymer latex is prepared by emulsion polymerization of monomers mixture consisting of at least 60 wt.-% of 2,3-dichloro-1,3-butadiene and 0.1-30 wt.-% co-polymerizing monomer among a group. Polymerization is carried out in the presence of a stabilizing agent taken among the following group: styrene-sulfonic acid, styrene sulfonate, poly-(styrene-sulfonic acid), poly-(styrene sulfonate) and other anionic surface-active substances additionally. The amount of a stabilizing agent is from 0.1 to 10 parts per 100 mass parts of monomers.
