PURPOSE: A system and a method for a service to notify loss/robbery of properties and report the loss of a financial transaction card as a proxy are provided to report the loss of the financial card to each financial organization as the proxy based on each financial card information registered to an operator side when a user requests a loss report agent service. CONSTITUTION: The user terminals(200) output the financial cards and properties information inputted from the user to a server computer(300), output the data for reporting the loss and notifying the loss/robbery inputted from the user to the server computer after service registration, and receive a processing result from the server computer. The server computer performs the service registration by storing the financial card and the properties information in a database, outputs the loss reporting data of the financial card or processes the loss/robbery notification, and receives the processing result from each financial organization computer(500). A certification organization computer(400) performs the electronic certification if the certification request data of the user is inputted from the server computer.
