PURPOSE: A mount device of a vehicle is provided to increase a vibration reduction band for a high-frequency band, in a low frequency and improve riding comfort of the vehicle by primarily reducing transmitted vibration through vertical displacement and secondarily reducing the vibration through horizontal displacement. CONSTITUTION: A mount device of a vehicle comprises an engine-combining unit(1) combined to the engine side; a pair of converting units(2,2') reducing vertical vibration transmitted through the engine-combining unit and reducing the vibration again by converting the vertical vibration into horizontal movement; and a pair of vehicle body-combining units(3,3') each fixed to the vehicle body side. The vehicle body-combining units reduce vibration by guiding the horizontal movement of the converting units.
