FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: proposed rail car pusher contains master hydraulic cylinder communicating through hydraulic distributor and hose with feed station moved together with master hydraulic cylinder along rail track. Tongs are provided for temporary fixing of master cylinder and its rod on rail head which are furnished with levers with drive hydraulic cylinders on upper ends made for separate communication with hydraulic distributor. One of tongs, namely, rear one, is mounted on end face wall of master hydraulic cylinder for turning, and other tongs, namely, front one is mounted on end face part of rod of master hydraulic cylinder, together with pushing she, for turning. Upper part of shoe is cut to exponent. Tie-rod for automatic changing over of hydraulic distributor, depending on position of master hydraulic cylinder relative to front tongs is mounted on end face of rod of master hydraulic cylinder behind front tongs. EFFECT: provision of portable device for continuous and effective action on rail car to be shifted to required place of location. 3 dwg
