SUBSTANCE: device for flow velocity or rate measurement by determination of ultrasound transit time between converters comprises multi-channel flow-meter. Flow-meter has two converter units displaced one to another along pipeline length. Each converter unit has six converters. Radiation pattern of each converter of the first unit overlaps that of two converters of another unit.
